my child is 3 months old first month there is no problem in motion after 45 days she have a problem in motion I have consulted my pediatrician he said mother feeding baby motion is 3-4 days after 4 days I won't go bathroom that time I kept tablet then only the motion is released please help me what is the remedy for that

A. Constipation in Babies less than 1 year is very common and more in formula fed babies and also when initially the semi solid food has been started after 6 months . you can give bonnisan drops and some enzyme preparations in proper dose suggested by doctor and cow's milk should be avoided before 1 year of age . Medications are required but it shjcould be given only in medical supervision .
