My child is 3 months and where she is trying to make effort to talk or make sounds she gets hiccups often. this is normal?

A. I am talking about three months old baby not three years and not able to understand your sentence.

A. if the child was three years old in the child is not working properly you can consult your doctor for proper examination and assessment and try to do a proper interaction with your child
