my child is 3.8 yrs he is having cough from 3 days . the cough seems to be dry cough with runny nose . 2 days I can hear the loud voice from his throat when he was coughing. now that loud voice is gone . I can hear the sound of belgem sometimes . I am giving him maxtra syrup 5 ml from yesterday. kindly guide
