my child is 3.7 yrs old. she is having dry cough since 5days. not associated with fever. n sometimes she is coughing while sleeping. what to do? what may be the cause?

A. keep your child head slightly elevated while sleeping

A. hi please do the following things: keep your child well hydrated give luke warm water to drink apply Babyhug rapid relief rub on chest and back of your child give mixture of honey and ginger in one tsp quantity twice in a day
