my child is 3.7 years old he is having cough and cold after visiting to the doctor he has taken clavam bud,montecop and brozeet cough syrup. cough has been reduced a lot but nose blocking has started what can I do

follow up is also required because the doctor will tell you whether you have to continue the same medicines or there willd be changed in the medicines .
