my child is 3.5 year old, i saw a cut mark on head under hair today.there is blood clot, he is not describing how he got this injury.what should i do?is tetnus injection is needed?

Neelam sharmaMom of a 15 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. if it is old one then nothing to worry about just apply some ointment if you see some injury and ask baby if he is having pain if yes then do consult with your pediatrician regarding this once as he will guide you better after proper examination and analyzing the baby
