My child is 2yr 2 months and he has recently started food pocketing which is highly frustrating. What can be done to avoid this?

It is very normal so keep the child busy into some activity while you are feeding the child narrate some story play some teacher child how to eat properly with pocketing is not good you may have cavities in your mouth different things you can say and do but this is a normal thing so getting frustrated is not going to help you’ll have to have patience with your child
