my child is 21 days old i have been mistakenly giving her over concentrated formula i.e 60 ml of water and 120 gm of Nestle formula do i need to worry some times she puked out some time she had pooped 3-4 times a day she sleeps for 4-5 hrs do i need to worry

If there are not any changes in babies behaviour and baby sleeping patterns and there is nothing to worry about sometimes it happens that is totally fine but if you notice any change in babies behaviour or sleeping pattern that in such case you should definitely consult with the doctor about it.
