A. Hello, your baby boy is newborn just 20 days old and he is having a gaseous troubles a lot but you can not put him on his tummy to release it

A. for relief of gas do burping of the baby after feeding This is natural in small babies they will be having pain in the stomach because of gas please give colicaid drops to the baby e 0.5 ml three times a day regularly it is safe no need to worry
