Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. if your child is able to understand and follow all the commands given and is able to you hear what you are saying with proper eye contact then do not worry much about the language skills of the child because speech will gradually come. try to avoid tv mxobile laptop like screen time and spend more time with the child talking witch the child as well as if more people are available to talk with the child and this will also improve the social and language milestones of the child.

meeta agarwalMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Hello, Your child may have a language delay if they don't meet the language developmental milestones for their age. Their language abilities may be developing at a slower rate than most children's. They may have trouble expressing themselves or understanding others.
