my child is 2 years old.. Speak one word and use sign language for every thing but not speak sentences is it speech delay please help.

Not all kids can speak in sentences in this it’s a very rare chance you just say one or two words so you have to talk to your child more and more communicate with your child connect to words this is how you have to teach a child to frame a sentence and over the period it will happen right now of the speech otherwise is good and understanding and response is good then it’s not an issue
