My child is 2 years 8 months old, my baby has a very high fever due to cold, the doctor has given medicines to him, but they bring down the fever for 1 hour, then it comes again.

follow up is also required because the doctor will tell you whether you have to continue the same medicines or therex will be changed in the medicines .
