my child is 2.5 years old and she is active but she is not speaking much only mamma milk nd chocolate is it normal

A. Hello ma’am Most of the time the doctor say it is completely normal but I personally believe that it would 2 1/2 year old child can speak a lot more words than this so maybe your child is a slow learner or slow speaker in this case I am going to advise you to consult a speech therapist or a Homeopathic doctor for a proper treatment
