My child is 2.4 year old but can’t speaking anything no ba dada ntg some time say but not usually what I do

A. Hai good morning !! Observe other milestones fine,gross motor skills if delay in milestones,not mingling with kids,no direct eye contact ,not respondingbto commands baby name all are red flags need assessment with developmental paediatrician. If baby is having screen time avoid TV,laptop,mobile engage in physical play,activities ,playing with kids ,talking with them small words observe her response ,reply will helps a lot.
