Q.

my child is 1yr 3months old and is she is just 8.2 kg for last 2 months. no increase in weight. her activities are normal. her potty and urine are normal in day today. im giving her fruits and veggies in her daily diet. pls suggest me to gain weight.

A. it is important for you to know that the weight of the child depends upon the genetic patterns and by that pattern only the weight gain in child is seen. it also depends upon the diet the child is taking. so it is advisable that you should meet the doctor who will tell you whether there is anything to worry or not and whether the child requires any health supplements. the child should be given different flavoursf and recipes made from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits daily in small amount. d you can add ghee groundnuts dryfruits in the diet and this will help in improving the weight of the child. you can go throughf many recipes for children in different flavour and taste for your child on firstcry
