my child is 15 month old. Sometimes she doesn't urinate for 4- 5 hours and once for 7 hours she didn't urinate. her milk and water intake is proper. Is this serious.. Kindly guide me should I consult doctor

maintain hydration by feeding well at regular intervals.
if he has no discomfort than no worries.
