Good Growth of the child is very important and for this most important is that child should take a healthy diet where its necessary to give a balance diet which should contain all the nutrition required. This is very important for building the immunity also. Encourage for green vegetables fruits dairy products all kinds of dal and other protein containing food items like soyabean eggs etc. Some nutritional deficiencies can be a cause for less appetite like iron deficiency which is most common. Supplements like iron supplements and multivitamin with lysine like syp zincovit CL can be givfen for 1-2 months to increase the appeftite. Diet counselling is also very important .

Of course it is a matter of concern if your child it is not increasing as per the age and growth of the child send this case I would definitely recommend you to consult a nutrition experts to understand what could be the reason behind it and if any kind of supplements are required to be started for the child can also be suggested by the doctorWrite Your Answer Here
