If these are itching done this can be a mosquito bite in such case you can apply baby hug after bite roll on it is one of the best for babies and you can use it regularly it is totally safe. Rather than this you should also start using baby hug mosquito patches you just have to apply these patches on babies clothes to keep your baby safe from mosquito bite
