my child is 1 year and 3 months old, since last 3 days baby is having fever, temp raises and after giving paracetamol syp it goes down for 5-6 hours? Paeds Dr. said nothing to worry it is viral infection baby will be normal after 3 days? what to do?

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and yes in viral fever baby gets fever high and after few hours after medicine it comes again and keep giving baby doctor prescribed medication . Take care
