Q.

My child is 1.5 months old...pls suggest can colicade drops be given on alternate days to avoid gas

A. Make sure you burp the baby well after every feed . You can try Mama earth tummy roll on which has hing oil with Ginger oil . Both help in soothing stomach pain and bloating. It also has fennel oil which alleviate spasms and gives relief from stomach ache.

A. yes can be given so for gas is a common issue and affects all new born babies. avoid bottle feeding . Burp baby well for 15 mins after each feed. Can do cycling motion of legs. Can make baby lie on tummy to relieve gas. Give gastica drops 1 ml for ease. Colic pain is worse at night and needs drops meftal spas 1 ml . Give mother feeds only
