DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 7.4 years old and he is having severe coughs so give him tablet clamp kid two times a day for 7 days and Tus Q Dx 5 ml three times a day and warm milk with turmeric powder
