My child having severe cough and running nose she vomit food when she got cough so what are measures should I take to avoid my child to vomit

A. Cough and Cold should be treated only after a proper examination by a doctor as there may be some associated factor . As the fffirst line of treatment you can give steam inhalation which wouldg be helpful . Cough Syp should be given only after a proper evaltuation .
