my child has stomach infection and loose motion has got very week. how can i quickly recover him back

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatmhent along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibhiotics treatment

Continue with the medicine suggested by the doctor along with that also I would tell you that currently your main focus should be on giving more of juices to their child because as going to be helpful in maintaining strength and energy that is going to be very helpful as of now
