my child has severe dry cough and little runny nose whenever hes sniffing he coughs so badly what should i give him

You should consult your doctor before you give any medicine because dry cough is very particular and a medicine the given for it would be different than the usual medicine which is why once you get examined with your doctor they’ll be able to suggest you with the best medicine to be used
