My child has had a viral fever for past 6 days. We consulted a doctor on Wednesday and he prescribed calpol for the fever but it hasn’t been effective. The only time my childs temperature goes down is when we give meftal p. The doctor also prescribed delcon cough syrup, which I feel isn’t working and azithromycin as an antibiotic. We have been giving all prescribed medicines, but I haven’t seen any improvement. I am really scared and concerned about why the fever and cough isn’t going away.
