My child has a bloody nose. When I cleaned his nose, the dirt in it looked like blood. I have attached a photo. why it's happening doctor.

A. Of the nose is like this only it’s usually pink not this pink but as it is but if something has come out red onto the napkin or the thing that you cleaned it with then you should get it checked with your doctor because they will be able to give you a better clarity you can consult an ENT doctor once
