my child had reported minimal inter bowel free fluid in abdomen could it be a reason for episodal stomach pain in her. it causes gas and episodal pain when she eats anything such as sooji bread etc

A. hello there ma'am yes when you eat baked food like bread then it may harm the baby stomach and please evaluate your baby once with your child doctor in person and follow the prescribed medications after that take care
