my child had an accident at the park today..he was standing in front of another child on the swing and the tip of the swing hit his forehead. there was a bulge for a while but the bulge went away in a few minutes. he cried at the moment but didnt continue crying. he enjoyed the rest of the evening and his behaviour is normal. now he is sleeping but is having fever. should i be worried?
