My child got hurt in the nose from the floor.. He got blood. What should we do to take care of it

If The blood has stopped as of now it’s okay otherwise you can apply a little bit of ice over there because then the blood is going to stop and just get it checked once with with your doctor inside the nose because certain times a child can get hurt in the nose also so it would be important for you to get it checked once
