Give your child a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated all through the day. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Bananas and apples are good for digestion and reducing constipation. Speak to your doctor for further advice.
