My child first vaccination is done on 31 jan 26 No fever but he is not sleeping properly

That’s okay because sometimes kids don’t sleep properly due to pain in the vaccinated area so need not worry about it just keep ice pack or cold pack on that area so that the swelling subside and if the child is crying or discomfort without fever then you can give paracetamol to relax your child
