Q.

My child eats too much sweet. Like Kheer, Suji Halwa, Chapati with Jaggery, dates, fruits and juices. And she eats Submit and rice. she is more into sweet food. She eats very less normal food like khichadi, daal rice, Upma, poha. is eating too much sweet will affect her health?

A. dear mum, eating too much of sweet and sugary foods are not good for your child and also considering that eating habits are developed from early childhood. you should give a balanced diet having variety of food groups.
