Q.
my child doesn't speak a single word till now he is two yrs two months old. we are worried.what to do?? previously his screen time watching was high now from last two months I stopped screen watch completely. now he is engaged in toys and other things.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Regarding Speech Baby usually start mono syllable by 6 to 7 months of age then by syllable words come by 9 to 10 months of age
then by 12 to 14 months of age baby say two to three words followed by jargon speech at 15-16 months .
child can start saying simple sentences by two years of age .
just make the child comfortable and do more interaction with the child so that he can learn to speak sentences properly.
if the speech does not comes even by three years ocdf age yofu need to consult your doctor for a proper assessment of the child .
