Q.
My child doesn't eat properly. he is always saying that having stomach ache. his wieght is 14.5 kg and age 4yr 10months. we have consulted our family Dr. he adviced that not to take this seriously and ignore it. we need your advice.

Give your child 3 to 4 meals a day that includes seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy. Serve healthy foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates to encourage healthy eating.
