Q.

my child doctor advised vitamin d3 drops and from 21 days onwards A to Z drops should be given ..my question is should we give these two together ? also A to Z drops consists of d3 itself why need another separate drop d3 ?

A. No you should never give two supplements together you have to maintain a gap of 5 to 6 hours between two so if you are only advised to give it one time in the day then one time you give vitamin D and in the evening you can give multivitamin
