my child did not start speaking yet what may be the problem pls suggest me

A. Mostly Dr say that you should be till the age of three years if your child is not even speaking till then you should consult an ENT doctor and a speech therapist for a further understanding over the issue otherwise in my opinion you can always take on advice from a homeopathic doctor as well
