MY child Amay is 4 years 5 months old from last 1 week he is feeling nausea every day in the day time sometimes he vomit for once only .DO I need to see doctor or please suggest me the reason and one thing more he has regular cough issue.

A. Hello, your baby boy is 4.5 years old and he is feeling a nauseous sensation and vomitng tooo then give him tablet lanzol 30 mg two times a day before food
