my child 5year 2month old girl..day before yesterday she went loose stool at evening and yesterday she vomit what she had at dinner.... last 3 days when she eats she feel nausea and stomach upset...not take enough food what we do?

Consulting your Pediatrician with the great thing that you cook as of now as it seems like your child is either having food poisoning indigestion or gut related issue so the doctor First has to know check and understand and accordingly they can give you an assistance on that
