my child 3 yrs old having cold mild cough and nose bleeding 2 time a day how can i do its normal nose bledding plz suggest

A. Should consult ENT doctor because nasal bleeding is never considered good maybe just to do a reason but it’s happening twice in a day that’s definitely something that you need to look into so please get in touch with your doctor for further assistance
