My child 2 yrs 9 month she is having mild fever and cold from Friday we gave idemol 250 4.5ml. Saturday we stopped giving idemol because she was with normal temperature. But yesterday sunday night her temperature was 100 so we took her to Doctor. He examined and gave chilmol 250mg 4ml for every 4 hours and a cough syrup. When we give medicine fever reduce and again it starts with mild. What can be done.
