my child 1yr 6m form morning onward he is having smelly loose motion like watery 3 times . what kind food & juice can give to baby to stop it

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. ythe baby is having loose motions please give zinconia syrup to the baby 5ml 2 times a day along with ORS coconut water and enterogermina tubes to the baby to avoid dehydration
