my child 18 month ka h ,wo milk 🍼 krta h ,khana kuch nhi khata h ,khane se ulti ho jata h ,diet plan btaye

A. Low appetite can be due to reasons like low zinc levels or too much dairy products or less gap between meals etc. Include ajwain , ginger, lemon or carrot juice, coconut water, curd with mint in the kid's meals to boost the appetite. South Indian rasam will also increase the appetite. Babies above one year old will not need any more milk than 500ml. So u can give a total milk intake upto 500ml per day split into two or three feeds. Anything more than this can fill the the baby's tummy and the child may start resisting other foods. So try to reduce the milk intake first. As the baby is above one year old you can give almost anything that u eat as a family in a less spicier version following the two day gap rule.
