Q.
My child 11 month old she have cough doctor give cough syrup. Morning time cough too much. Other time no problem. We can give honey for her?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. honey can be given only after completion of one year of the child. occasionally, honey contains bacteria that can produce toxins in a baby's intestines, leading to infant botulism, which is a very serious illness. f after 1 year there is no problem in giving it to the child
