my chid having running nose and blocked nose since 26th,i am ging him febrex plus and xylometazolin,but no relief yet,he also coughs in between

ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician4 years agoA. hi your baby is 16 months old now to relieve nose block use nasivion pediatric drops 1 drop in each nostril every 6-8 hourly and try maxtra syrup 3.5 ml twice a day for 5 days

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 16 months old and he is having a coughs and cold with runny nose so so give him syrup maxtra 3.5 ml three times a day and nasoclear nasal drops two times a day
