my caretaker's son has got a bump on the head under the skin as shown in the image with white patches on it. please suggest.

Mam this is difficult to say anything you should get it checked with the doctor maybe it’s some allergy or infection or some skin issue that the child is having so much Dr going to confirm without a physical assessment it’s very difficult to figure out what maybe the reason behind it and what is the situation
