my can't talk any single word but he is very active shouting few he always stay silent

The child is not even speaking a single word as of now then I think it would be good for you to consult a speech therapist there could be a delay in the speech of the child we suggest you wait till the age of 2.5 years but currently I think it would be good for you to take an assistance with a therapist
