my brother's baby age 1 year(girl) has been diagnosed with mild prominent renal pelvis.so I need your advise for this.what to do to rectify this and how?she is having fever also.both blood test and urine test are done.

A. there is a need for proper examination on the assessment of the baby and also the treatment and past illness history along with all the investigations which have been done so far
