My brother just had a baby ! The umblical cord fell off today ! I hv attached a picture of it ! Is this normal or should consult a paediatrician ?

This is not looking fine to me I think there could be minor infection building inside of this so better to connect with your doctor on the situation and your doctor will be able to tell you what is the problem and what kind of a situation is there and what solution would be required for the same
