Gayatri DawdaMom of a 10 yr 2 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi
Pls stop giving foods like biscuits, farsan, sweets, sugary foods, maggi, chips, chocolate, because they don't provide nutrients that are required for growth
Try to add home cooked foods
Make meal times fun
Feed baby at fixed times. even if quantity of food that child eats is less, that's fine, but the choice of food items should be natural, home cooked & healthy
POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. Offer alternative foods from every food group. For example, if your child dislikes cheese, they may eat yoghurt. At the end of the meal (no more than 20–30 minutes), take your child's plate away without any fuss. If they haven't eaten much, offer them a healthy snack a little later, or wait until next mealtime.
