Q.

my breasts are not producing sufficient milk for baby means when I breast feed to baby continually more than 1/2 hr after that it's stops coming after 1 or 1/2 hr it's starts coming there a time gap so wt should I do for overcome it??

A. Hello,it means that you are not taking liquids and after breast-feed always drink lots of water and also make sure that more you breast-feed more milk supply will be there and include garlic, sabudana, papaya, fennel, fenugreek in your diet and keep yourself hydrated.
